- HS diploma or GED
- Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience target goals
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must have reliable, consistent transportation and the ability to work at a variety of retail locations
- Computer literacy with an aptitude for learning communication products and services
- Works well independently and can fulfill job expectations with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively sell products using a solutions-based approach
- Ability to drive brand loyalty through positive customer interactions; truly owning the customer experience.
- 1 or more years of experience preferred in a related field (i.e., Sales, Retail Sales, etc.)
This job posting is for a temporary role as an employee of Atrium on assignment at Cox. The individual selected for this role will be offered the role as an employee of Atrium; compensation, medical benefits, fringe benefits and other terms and conditions of employment shall be presented by Atrium upon offer. The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting.
